The Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM), in partnership with the Utah Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Division of State Parks, is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide a comprehensive feasibility study and design services for the re-design of the Wasatch Mountain Golf Course in Midway, Utah. The selected firm will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap to modernize critical course infrastructure, focusing on engineering USGA-compliant green profiles, optimizing tee box alignment, playing surfaces, cart path locations, and designing a high-efficiency irrigation network. The scope of services must include an estimate of probable construction costs and a strategic phasing plan that prioritizes the minimization of operational disruptions to preserve play and course revenue where feasible. The objective is to elevate the course to USGA specifications while enhancing environmental sustainability, playability, and long-term operational efficiency.
