Renovation of a water / sewer project in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Propane Air Plant Relief Valve Replacement Performance of Work a. Vendor will install new relief valves in a workmanlike manner. b. Vendor will remove and reinstall existing rain caps and standpipes on the new relief valves. All costs for removing & reinstalling existing rain caps and standpipes shall be included in Bid Item #2. c. Vendor will notify City Utilities of damaged or otherwise unusable rain caps or standpipes before performing any work to remove them. Damaged or unusable rain caps or standpipes will be replaced by Vendor with an approved Change Order utilizing Alternate Bid Items 1 & 2. d. All rain caps or standpipes damaged during removal or reinstallation, as determined by City Utilities, shall be replaced by the Vendor at no additional cost. e. Vendor will verify new relief valves to be leak free at completion of the work. Additionally, City Utilities may randomly check relief valves for leaks during the work and upon completion of the work.
