Sealed bids are invited for the Wilkes County Schools, Mountain View Elementary School Roof Renovation Project at 5464 Mountain View Rd, Hays, NC 28635. Prime bidders and major subcontractors can obtain a complete PDF set of plans and specifications upon request from the Engineer. A bid security for 5% of the total bid amount must be submitted with each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the contract to another bidder, other than the lowest bidder, if it is in their best interest. **Documents are for viewing purposes ONLY.
