Improvement of Marion Hay Pump Station Parallel Force Main in Sections 18, 25, 30 in Township 26 N, Range 43 E.W.M. by Ductile Iron Pipe installation, Roadway Excavation, Crushed Surfacing Top Course, Erosion Control, HMA paving and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All bidders must submit a bid deposit in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, which can be in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashier's check, or certified check. If a surety bond is used, it must be of a corporate surety licensed in the State of Washington and should use the County Bid Deposit Surety Form. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a single bid and to waive all informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder will be required to file a performance bond in the full amount of the contract price from a Surety Company acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners.
