Bids must be submitted under sealed cover on the provided proposal form and accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, cashier's check, certified check, or a bidder's bond executed by an admitted surety insurer. The project includes UV-cured, glass fiber-reinforced Cured-in-Place Pipe (GRP-CIPP) lining for the majority of the pipe segments, targeted open-cut spot repairs totaling approximately 4 segments of 6 LF each, robotic reinstatement of 430 active laterals, and installation of 83 Top Hat liners to ensure watertight connections. Pre-lining light and heavy cleaning will be performed based on pipe conditions identified through CCTV inspection. Additional scope items include temporary bypass pumping, traffic control, surface restoration, and other associated work per the contract documents.
