Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

The owner has determined an architects. The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Architectural and Engineering services for designing a new state-of-the-art police precinct campus at 3035 W. Thunderbird Road. Services will include architectural, design, and possible construction administration and inspection services. The estimated construction cost is $18 million. The project is funded through the City of Phoenix 2023 General Obligation Bond Program. Firms must be registered in the City's e-Procurement portal to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
