The City of Plattsburg is seeking quotes for roofing projects on city-owned facilities. Quotes may be for all projects or for individual projects. Bidders are to provide a project timeline and itemize labor and materials. Scope of Work: Project #1: City Hall Requires 30-year minimum Architectural Shingles with synthetic felt. The work should include all flashings and gutter aprons. New guttering is optional. Project #2: Sewer Plant Project #3: Dog Pound Project #4: Perkins Park Shelter House #2 These projects require a metal Ag Panel material with synthetic felt, all flashings and gutter aprons. New guttering is optional.
