The project is for the reconstruction of Van Buren Street–Phase 2. The work includes 30 linear feet of storm sewer; 2,700 linear feet of curb and gutter; 18,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway apron; 1,400 tons of asphalt; restoration; and related miscellaneous work. Only electronic bids will be accepted via QuestCDN.com, and all bidders must obtain bidding documents from QuestCDN.com and be a plan holder of record at the issuing office. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bidder’s maximum bid price is required. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any technicality, and accept any bid deemed advantageous. All bids shall remain valid for 85 days after the time set for receiving bids. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Pre-qualification requirements: Prospective bidders are required to complete and submit a prequalification questionnaire with supporting documents to the owner. The prequalification forms will be provided with bidding document sets. Completed forms must be submitted no later than 4 p.m. on March 12, 2026. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Issuing Office as having received the Bidding Documents.
