UNIT C-26 CONCRETE SIDEWALK SAWCUTTING 1,500 Inch-ft. Concrete Sidewalk Sawcutting. Only electronic bids will be accepted through www.questcdn.com. Register as a plan holder on QuestCDN.com to be eligible to submit bids and to receive addenda and contract updates. Bids must be entered and submitted online. No bids will be opened unless the "Bidders Proof of Responsibility for 2026" is filed in the office of the City Clerk by the required date. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the bid, payable to the City, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute the contract and bond within 10 days. If the bidder fails to file the contract and bond, the check or bond will be forfeited as liquidated damages. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid deemed in its best interests and to waive informalities in the bidding.
