Community Opportunities in Troy, Missouri is soliciting sealed bids for a design-build fire suppression sprinkler system for two DMH Licensed Group Homes, each accommodating 5-8 beds, in accordance with State of Missouri and local fire codes. All prospective bidders are required to review the buildings prior to submitting their bid. Bid proposals are required to be firm for sixty calendar days from the due date. Community Opportunities reserves the right to waive all technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids, and accept only portions of a bid and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason.
