The Work of this Contract, designated MN1-2 - McNicoll Bus Garage MN1-1 Cleanup, consists of the supply of labour, equipment, and materials to undertake the following Work, including, but not limited to: Sanitary Drains: Remove existing sanitary pipe from Parallelogram Hoist pit and install new pipe, positively sloped into existing sump pit in Degrease Shop 1306. Install floor drain at low point in existing floor in Recycling Wash Water Wash Rack Equipment Room. Diesel System: Install bollards at south side of tank farm adjacent to Diesel Fuel Tank. Install bollards adjacent to existing diesel off-load pumps - Exterior Diesel Tank Storage. Install a new control panel, adjacent to an existing bollard, with three valve position indicator lights and e-stop buttons by the Exterior Diesel Tank Storage. Install labelling on all exterior diesel fuel pipes - Exterior Diesel Tank Storage. Remove flame arrestors from existing interstitial vent pipes. Install new pressure vacuum vents on Exterior Diesel Tank Storage. Install break-away connections at existing diesel fuel line drop on each fuel island - Fuel Bay. Concrete Repairs: Repair existing concrete slab at various locations in Repair Shop 1301. This Work occurs within the Repair Shop. Revise room classification for the Battery Room to non-hazardous. Provide hoarding and control barriers, and modification and relocation of hoarding and barriers, to suit the various Phases and areas of Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
