TWRA is looking to procure a one (1) year contract with one (1) renewal option for janitorial services for its Region 2 Office building. Contractor services shall include (but are not limited to) garbage removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. Site visit shall occur on the date and time specified in the Specifications.
