The Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District seeks proposals from qualified and experienced Project Management firms or individuals to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the construction of a new high school facility. The selected Project Manager will act as the district's representative during the design, construction, and closeout phases. The new high school project will include site development, construction, academic classrooms, science and technology labs, athletic facilities, administrative offices, cafeteria, and common spaces. The Project Manager will provide comprehensive project oversight, including (but not limited to): • Pre-Construction: assist with finalizing design documents, develop project schedules and cost estimates, coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants, facilitate permitting and regulatory compliance, and review all invoices. • Construction: oversee contractor performance, conduct regular site visits and progress meetings, monitor budget, schedule and quality control, review and approve pay applications and change orders, provide monthly progress reports, and review all invoices. • Post-Construction: manage project closeout, ensure delivery of documents, support transition activities, and review all invoices. Proposals must include information about the firm/individual background, project team, project approach, references, fee proposal, and required documentation. All proposals will be evaluated based on relevant experience and qualifications, project approach and methodology, fee proposal, references and past performance, and completeness and clarity of the proposal. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, request additional information, negotiate scope and fees, and award the contract in the best interest of the district.
