Site work and renovation of a civil project in Gresham, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes installing a new potable water distribution system, mechanical and electrical upgrades to the existing water treatment system, and architectural upgrades to the existing wellhouse, including installing a new roof. Existing service lines will be disconnected and capped. Contractor will test and disinfect the new infrastructure in accordance with Oregon Health Authority Standards. Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from all COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference. Question Deadline 03/16/2026- Requests for additional information or interpretation of the contract documents shall be delivered to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov referencing the ITB number, in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the Bid due date and time.
