The purpose of the mandate is to carry out landscaping, earthmoving and planting work on the grounds of the 80 buildings of the Patriotes School Services Centre. The service provider must provide and bear the costs of materials, tools, labour, means of transport and all other incidental expenses in order to ensure that the work is carried out. Repairs, including service calls (on-demand delivery component), are performed on a recurring basis. However, the number of requests, the pace or frequency of their execution is uncertain, depending on the needs of the CSSP which are variable. The PUBLIC BODY reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a BIDDER if this request is sent to it less than five (5) business days before the date and time set for the receipt of tenders. VALIDITY OF SUBMISSIONS The submission is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the opening date of the submissions with an extension of 15 days maximum at the request of the CSSP *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
