Proposals are being requested for elevator maintenance services for New Hanover County Schools. Bidders must deliver their signed Bid Form and any other requested submittals to the Purchasing Department at 2814 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington, NC 28412 by the stated deadline, clearly indicating their company name and the RFP number on the envelope or package. Proposals may also be submitted via email. Bidders are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory site visit to familiarize themselves with all conditions affecting the performance of the work. It is the contractor's responsibility to inspect the site, take measurements, and determine materials prior to submitting a proposal. No allowances will be made after proposals are accepted and the contract is awarded for conditions that could have been ascertained by such inspection. All questions concerning the proposal must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline.
