Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Project consists of the development of a new Environmental Collection Center campus located on a +-10-acre parcel on Executive Drive, south of PGA Parkway. The Site development shall conform to all current City planning, zoning, engineering, and infrastructure standards, including applicable drainage, utility, and access requirements. The campus will include three primary buildings designed to support administrative, operational, and public recycling functions. The Administration Building will consist of approximately 12,340 square feet and will accommodate office space, staff support areas, meeting rooms, and related functions. The Household Hazardous Waste and Operations Building will consist of approximately 10,800 square feet and will support hazardous materials collection, handling, storage, and operational activities. The Recycling and Processing Building will consist of approximately 6,300 square feet and will provide space for recycling intake, sorting, and processing operations. Site will include visitors, staff, and City fleet surface parking lots, internal drives, fire lanes, loading and service areas, pedestrian access, utility infrastructure, site lighting, landscaping, and stormwater management systems. The site layout will be designed to provide safe and efficient vehicular circulation, including separation of public drop-off traffic from operational and service vehicle access where required. The total estimated construction budget for this project is not to exceed $13,500,000. The City of Frisco is accepting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk for an Environmental Collection Center. The City will receive responses to the Request for Proposals at Frisco City Hall. The RFP documents may be obtained in person at Frisco City Hall or downloaded from the Purchasing page of the city's website. Responses can be submitted by hardcopy or electronically through Bonfire. Receipt of responses does not bind the City to any contract for said products or services, nor does it guarantee that a contract for the RFP will be awarded.
