Question Deadline 03/12/2026 at 12:00 PM ET The last date for the Architect to receive items to be addressed in any addenda. All requests must be submitted to the Architect in writing. Sealed proposals will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of site and access improvements at three elementary schools: Buckner, Crestwood, and Harmony. The scope of work includes drainage, ADA accessibility at concrete walks, re-grading areas around playgrounds, storm structures, pour-in-place surfacing, tennis court coating, synthetic turf, and new playground equipment. Bids are divided into packages: Harmony and Crestwood (A), Buckner (B), or a combination of both (C). Bidders must submit a signed proposal form with a list of subcontractors, a properly executed bid guaranty, and follow the Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for post-bid submittal information. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name and bid package listed outside. Security in the amount of five percent of each proposal must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive informalities in the best interest of the Owner. The successful bidder must supply a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. State Wage Rates are not applicable. Conflicts of interest, gratuities, and kickbacks are prohibited. Preference for resident bidders will be given as required by law.
