Renovation of a mixed-use development in Socorro, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

This project is primarily limited to a mechanical upgrade and includes new rooftop mechanical units. Several rooms receive new lay-in ceilings, lights, ductwork, and associated electrical work. There are two new walls and four new doors. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Any bid received after the specified date and time will be returned unopened. All bids must be clearly marked "IFB031926" in the lower left corner of the envelope. The bidder shall assume full responsibility for the timely delivery of the bid. The envelope shall be addressed to the City of Socorro, Chief Procurement Officer. Bona fide bidders may secure copies of the proposed contract documents electronically.
