Site work and renovation of a civil project in Maysville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project includes minor improvements to the equalization (EQ) basin, grit removal piping realignment, conversion of the existing clarifier and sludge holding tanks within the treatment trains into aeration basins with upgraded aeration system (Replacing all the existing diffusers and air piping within aeration tanks with new ones), upgrades to the existing aeration basins blowers, addition of two lobe pumps near the clarifiers, conversion of the existing abandoned sand filter tanks to an aerobic digester with new digester blowers and coarse bubble aeration system. In addition, the existing chlorine contact tank will be relocated to the area currently occupied by the abandoned UV units, which will be demolished along with their associated slab. Following this relocation, new tertiary filters will be installed at the original chlorine contact tank location. The project further includes associated piping, electrical, and control upgrades to support these improvements and enhance overall plant performance and reliability. QA date - 3-18-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
