Remodeling of a conference / convention center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a conference / convention center.

This form can be emailed to: purchasing@oshkoshwi.gov or Fax: (920) 236-5186. For carpet, painting, and wallcovering at the Oshkosh Convention Center. Scope of Work: Bidders may bid on either the carpet replacement or the painting/wallcovering bid. For either bid, bidder will provide all labor, materials, equipment and related work specified within this Invitation for Bid, in addition to the attached drawings and prints. Carpet Bid Specifications: o Bidder will reference attached ID 100 (Convention Center Finish Schedule), ID 200 (First Floor Plan) and ID 201 (Mezzanine Floor Plan) for reference on areas and carpet replacement schedule. o Bidder will reference attached carpet cut sheets that correspond to carpet schedule floor plan. o Bidder will measure all areas to confirm each carpet tile quantity. o Bidder will remove existing wall base and prepare new base as scheduled. o Bidder will remove carpet tile and carpet pad, provide dumpster(s) for disposal, protect existing hearing loop in breakroom (both during removal and new install), prepare floor for new carpet tile as scheduled, refer to manufacturer seaming diagram, installation instruction and pattern changes. o Bidder will provide 10% attic stock for carpet tile CPT-01, CPT-02, CPT-03, CPT05 and CPT-06. Painting and Wallcovering Specifications: o Bidder will reference attached ID 100 (Convention Center Finish Schedule), elevation prints ID500-ID513 and ID 200 (First Floor Plan) and ID 201 (Mezzanine Floor Plan) for reference on painting, in addition to attached (and referenced) painting cut sheets. o Bidder will patch minor dings/cracks in walls of painting areas as scheduled, spot prime as needed and provide and apply paint (2 coats). o Bidder will sand, prep, prime as needed and repaint all hollow metal doors/frames and other areas as scheduled. o Bidder will protect all areas during painting. o Bidder will reference attached ID 100 (Convention Center Finish Schedule), elevation prints ID500-ID513 and ID 200 (First Floor Plan) and ID 201 (Mezzanine Floor Plan) for reference on wallcovering, in addition to attached (and referenced) wallcovering cut sheets. Bidder will provide and apply wallcoverings in all wallcovering areas as scheduled and per manufacturer's instructions and confirm quantities required. o Bidder will be responsible for removing and installing corner guard as scheduled. Project Management and Timeline: o The Owner shall serve as the General Contractor (GC) for the duration of the Project. o All successful bidders will report directly to the Owner's designated Project Manager. o The performance period for all onsite work is strictly designated as July 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026. Bidders must certify their ability to meet this condensed timeline and coordinate their specific trades within a multi-vendor environment managed by the Owner. o As the Owner is acting as the GC, all successful bidders will be required to attend regular coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration with other active vendors. o The Owner reserves the right to alter sequence of work to accommodate other vendors or facility operations.
