This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RCSP) is an approved procurement method in accordance with Chapter 2269, Subchapter D of Texas Government Code. This RCSP provides the information necessary to respond to this solicitation. We encourage proposers to read the entire RCSP prior to submitting a response. The owner will select the proposal that offers the "best value" for the District based on the selection criteria contained in making this determination. Bid Contact Information The project consists of storage and installation of District purchased HVAC units, as well as the procurement and installation of two (2) contractor-furnished outside air units. The District purchased HVAC units have been ordered and will be paid for by the District. Upon arrival of the District purchased HVAC units, selected contractor will secure storage of equipment until such time of installation. Response submissions should include all costs for storage of units, permits, labor, tools, supplies, bonding and insurance necessary to install the equipment.
