Site work for a water / sewer project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work generally consists of procurement and installation of approximately 950 linear feet of steel sheet pile wall, reinforced concrete cap, backfill, fence and reinforced concrete pipe along the northeast shore of the Viola Turning Basin. The scope also includes the demolition and removal of existing fence and articulated concrete mattresses. This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the total amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount. Bids may not be faxed or emailed to the PCCA office. Bids submitted by express mail service must be in a sealed envelope inside the express mail packaging. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
