Site work for a mixed-use development in Wilmer, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of upgrades to one of the existing municipal park baseball fields, including grading improvements to field, drainage improvements, installation of a new irrigation system, new aluminum spectator bleachers, and construction of new dugouts with concrete pads and protective fencing. Work also includes new outfield chain link fencing, installing new regulation dimension infield bases, and adding new foul poles at both field corners. An additive alternate is included for the complete removal and replacement of the existing backstop. A cashiers check drawn on an Alabama bank or a bidders bond, payable to Mobile County, Alabama, for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid, but in no event more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), shall be filed with the bid, as a bid guaranty. The bidders bond shall be prepared on the form specified and issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Alabama. A performance bond in the form and terms approved by the County in an amount not less than the contract price will be required at the signing of the contract.
