Big Cypress Housing Corporation is requesting sealed bids for the Main Street Village Re-Roofing Project in Immokalee. The project involves minor housing rehabilitation activities, specifically roof replacements and gutter installations, for up to 18 one-story buildings located within a single geographical area. Of these, 17 are residential, consisting of both single-family and multi-family units, and one is a community clubhouse or amenity center. Bidders are responsible for obtaining specifications, plans, and bid requirements from the provided online resource or via email. Prior to submitting a bid, bidders must check for any issued addenda. Questions must be directed in writing to the specified contact. Federal regulations, including Davis-Bacon and Related Acts for wage rates, will be enforced during construction.
