Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in New City, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This work shall consist of furnishing and installing embedded, preformed cast in place (wet set) replaceable panel detectable warning units on, or adjacent to, sidewalk curb ramps and other locations, as indicated on the plans or elsewhere in the contract documents. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Authorized Purchasing Agent, Town of Clarkstown, 10 Maple Avenue, New City, NY 10956, and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Sealed bids are invited for the "2026 Concrete Curb and Sidewalk Replacement Project" for the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York, under BID #4-2026. Specifications and bid forms are available from the Purchasing Department. All bids must include a statement of non-collusion as required by Section 103-D of the General Municipal Law. The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive informalities. Women and minority owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
