Reference Number 0000414812 Bid Intent Not Available Project Description/Base Bid: A new PET scanner is being installed at the Imaging & Neurosciences Center. This new PET Scanner will be a great addition to the facility that will help patients for years to come. The contractor will be responsible for preparing the space for this scanner when it arrives in June. Everyone on the construction team must be ICRA certified through U Health while working on this project. The contractor team will be required to follow the ICRA plan that has been reviewed. The contractor is asked to demo the suite that will support the new scanner, following the drawings that FFKR has prepared. When demo is finished the suite can be prepared for the new scanner. The scanner room must be ready by June for when the new PET scanner arrives. The walls will be lead lined with various types throughout the suite. The lead walls must be inspected before they can be finished.
