Reference number: 20126299 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-09 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 Description The engineering department of the City of Beaconsfield wishes to conduct a flow measurement campaign lasting 8 weeks in the summer of 2026. During this campaign, a total of 8 measuring points will have to be continuously measured using a flowmeter installed in the storm network. The installation of 2 rain gauges is also planned. The proposed location of the manholes where the devices will be installed is in Appendix A and B. However, it is planned to install the devices in the storm network for flow measurement upstream of the flow contributions from the neighboring towns Kirkland and Pointe Claire in order to to identify peak flows and thus be able to plan the modifications that will be required to adjust the regulators based on anticipated future flows.
