The Lee County Board of Supervisors seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individuals for professional engineering, architecture, and related services to support various county projects on an open-end basis. Required professional services include support for planning, design, permitting, bidding, resident project representation, construction administration, architecture, and related activities. A single master services agreement will be awarded. Qualifications will be evaluated based on the experience and qualifications of individuals, the offeror's office location and ability to respond promptly to county projects, relevant experience with similar services, prior work for the BOS or nearby municipalities, and capability to perform design and construction management in a timely manner. All submittals must include one hard copy and one electronic copy, marked accordingly, and delivered to the designated addresses. Late submittals will not be considered. Evaluations will be based on the listed factors, and informal interviews may be conducted with offerors. Rankings and negotiations will follow, beginning with the top-ranked offeror and proceeding until a satisfactory agreement is reached.
