General Civil Engineering and Ancillary Services are being solicited on a basic ordering agreement basis. Services will be requested and authorized on a task order basis. The initial agreement will be for a twelve (12) month period and may be renewable for three additional twelve (12) month periods, up to 48 months, at the County's option. Basic Ordering Agreements will be established with an initial maximum of $4 million per year, with a provision to increase to the state-allowed maximum of $10 million per year at the County's discretion. The fee for any single project may not exceed $2.5 million. Task orders will be negotiated for individual projects as needed. Up to two BOAs may be awarded. Question Deadline 04/21/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All statement of qualifications must be delivered via email to Rosalind.knox@fairfaxcounty.gov no later than 4:00 p.m., local prevailing time on April 21, 2026.
