Site work and paving for a road / highway in Monroe Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be received for the 02-2026 Township Bituminous Seal Coat contract. The township roadways to be included in the contracts will be indicated on the bid forms provided. All bid proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by the township and must be accompanied by a Certified or Bank Check or Bid Bond naming as payee or obligee, as applicable, the Monroe Township Supervisors, in the amount of ten percent of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature within PennBid. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept and/or reject all or any submitted bids as a complete bid package or as individual bids. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to add or delete streets from the scope of work. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. . All bids will be reviewed and awards will take place at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Monroe Township Supervisors on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7:30 P.M.
