Project scope shall include the installation of approximately 2,150 LF of 8" PVC waterline; 1,640 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer; 940 LF of 24"-42" RCP storm sewer; and 6,300 SY of 6" concrete paving. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts. Adico, LLC Project No. 710-25-003o-014 The project consists of the construction of utilities, pavements, detention/amenity lakes and bridge crossing within the Meridiana, Phase III residential subdivision. The project site is located east of State Highway 288 and north and south of Meridiana Parkway in Brazoria County, Texas. Project information was provided to TWE by EHRA Engineering on July 27, 2017, including boring layout and plans for construction of the proposed bridge (Iowa Colony Boulevard Bridge) over Chocolate Bayou to serve the Meridiana subdivision. Based on the furnished information, the proposed vehicular bridge will cross over Chocolate Bayou. The proposed bridge crossing will consist of two separate parallel bridges for west and east bound lanes with 3 interior bents (span lengths of 72.5, 72.5, 95, 95 and 95 feet) for an overall bridge length of 430 feet. It is anticipated that straight-sided drilled shafts will be used for bridge bent support. Details for specific locations, dimensions and invert depths of the proposed utilities were not available for the preparation of this report. It is anticipated that the proposed utilities will be installed within the upper 10 to 15 feet of the subsurface profile.
