The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Abatement of asbestos in building and then full, partial demolition or relocation as noted on construction documents for the following a. Phase I 1) Old Elementary, Junior High Cafeteria, Classroom wing, Locker Room Building, Portable Building 01, Portable Building 02, Portable Building 03, Portable Building 04 and Existing Gymnasium building/structures. Storm Water Prevention Plan, sitework and grading to prepare site for new construction. b. Phase II 1) Existing Junior High School, Existing Band Hall, Portable Building 05 building/structures. Storm Water Prevention Plan, sitework and grading to prepare site for new construction. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 2. Project will be constructed under a contract, prepared by CLK Architects, for proposed demolition. A copy of contract can be provided upon request to Architect. Bids are being accepted for the construction of a new Junior High School as part of the 2024 bond program, located at 4334 Fourth St., Banquete, TX 78339.
