A virtual tour of the premises is planned. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, which must correspond to ten percent (10%) of the tender amount, in the form of a certified cheque, draft, irrevocable letter of guarantee or security. The bid bond must be issued by a Financial Institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (L.R.Q., c.A-32) authorizing it to carry on surety insurance, a trust company holding a permit issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (R.S.Q., c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (R.S.Q., c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c.46).
