Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of a new potable water well capable of producing a minimum of 250 gallons per minute in McMullen County, Texas. The project is part of the Utilities Capital Improvement Program managed by the Nueces River Authority. The selected contractor will receive work orders from the NRA Contract Administrator and is expected to improve water reliability and quality for the Calliham area. Bidders must clearly mark and deliver sealed proposals to the designated office by the specified deadline. Contract documents, including forms, technical specifications, and site plans, are available electronically at no charge from the provided website. Potential bidders must register with the website to receive any addenda or communications. The County reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, and to reject any or all proposals or waive formalities.
