The contract includes the maintenance and cutting of the turf for all green spaces in the administrative units listed in Appendix A of the quote, as well as two (2) complete cleanups per year, one in spring and one in fall, as described in section 4.2.1. and one (1) size of shrubs and hedges, as described in section 4.2.3 Green space maintenance begins in the spring, usually around May 1, as officially indicated by the PUBLIC BODY, and ends in the fall, around November 15, or when the PUBLIC BODY manager is satisfied with the fall cleaning work. The SERVICE PROVIDER will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all green spaces within the boundaries of each administrative unit under contract. Not limited to grassy surfaces, this work also includes the maintenance of the curbs of sidewalks and fences, the surroundings of foundation walls and other types of installation (waste sheds, etc.) as well as the perimeter of the hedges, shrubs and trees, the meeting of asphalted surfaces or others. This work must be carried out in compliance with the environment and municipal regulations.
