Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Elwood, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Secondary Water Pond #1 and Pump Station will be received. The Project consists of constructing a secondary water pond with pump station and is generally located at 4650 West, south of 9600 North. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Shane Taggart (shane@jonescivil.com) no later than March 9, 2026 at 5:00pm.
