Defence Construction Canada is seeking Expressions of Interest from firms interested in being pre-qualified to submit proposals for Energy Performance Contracts to achieve improvements in energy efficiency for infrastructure at various locations across Canada. This is to replenish the existing list of pre-qualified firms. Firms already on the list do not need to re-submit a proposal. Information provided will be evaluated based on criteria in the Expression of Interest. The objective is to select proponents who meet the requirements to be added to the pre-qualified list. Firms must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) issued by the Contract Security Program within Public Services and Procurement Canada. Proposals must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bidding System. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
