**As of April 13, 2026, the project was awarded to Holtmeier Construction, Inc, with an awarded amount of $5,180,691.15** Excavation of 13,600 CY of common material; installation of 2,800 LF of 12" to 30" storm sewer; placement of 4,475 tons of Aggregate Base, Cl 5; installation of 6,100 LF of 6" to 10" sanitary sewer; placement of 1,800 tons of bituminous pavement; installation of 10,800 LF of 12" sanitary forcemain using trenchless methods; construction of 5,400 LF of curb and gutter; construction of one sanitary lift station; placement of 1,200 SY of concrete driveway; installation of 9,600 SY of sod; placement of 112 LF of 24" steel casing; installation of 146 LF of drainage structures for storm sewer; installation of 670 LF of 16" HDPE casing; installation of 205 LF of drainage structures for sanitary sewer; installation of 2,760 LF of 6" PVC watermain; together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
