Seeding and Mulching This is a Prevailing Wage Proj-ect Per State Law. All Labor on the Project Shall Be Paid No Less Than the Minimum Wage Rates Established by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries at the Time of Bid Open-ing. Est. Value Notes: $550,000-$625,000 Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2027 An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am (local time) on March 13, 2026 at the Sequim Valley Airport. All bidders and potential subcontractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting, questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed. A tour of the project site will be conducted after the meeting. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
