Construction is expected to last approximately 18 months. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Hendry County School District is accepting requests for qualifications from architectural firms for the New LaBelle High School Project to be developed and constructed at 850 Helms Rd, LaBelle, FL. The services required include all architectural, interior design, civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering services necessary for the design and contract administration of the project. All supporting design consultants will work under the direction of the architect and must be appropriately licensed. Qualified architectural firms licensed under Section 481.219, Florida Statutes, are eligible. Interested firms must notify the Hendry County School District of their interest, complete a Request for Qualifications Form, and return it to the Hendry County School District Finance Department by the specified deadline. Only firms that fully complete the form will be considered. The selection will be based on criteria including personnel ability, meeting time and budget requirements, previous performance, experience in school projects, geographical location, project approach, responsiveness, approach to similar projects, and current workload. The district reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
