Professional engineering services are required on a continuing basis for earthwork, water, sewer, reuse and drainage system, roadway improvements, recreation improvements, wetland mitigation, and landscape and hardscape improvements, and other public improvements authorized by relevant statutes. The selected engineering firm will act as District Engineer and provide engineering services as required. Applicants must hold all applicable licenses, be authorized to conduct business in the state, and submit a statement of qualifications and past experience on the specified form with supporting data, addressing the ability and adequacy of personnel, minority business status, willingness to meet time and budget requirements, past experience and performance (including similar roles and local experience), office locations, and workload. The specific individual for District meetings and construction services must be identified. All Applicants must submit an electronic copy of the required documents by the stated deadline. Selection and ranking will comply with governing laws and evaluation criteria, and the highest-ranked Applicant will be invited to negotiations. The District reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and no reimbursement is implied for expenses relating to preparing or submitting qualifications. Protests regarding terms or evaluation criteria must follow specified procedures and timelines, including the submission of a protest bond. As of April 30, 2026, this RFQ has been put on hold and will be reissued at a later date.
