This will be a selective alteration on two hydraulic elevators serving the FC1 office building. The resultant elevator system will maximize the reliability and extend the usable lifespan of the equipment. The design shall be as energy efficient as possible. The project will correct code violations within the hoistway, pit, machinery space, and control room. The intent is to create a system with the longest life span and make it as reliable as possible.
