Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the resurfacing of township roads in Ballville, Jackson, Rice, Sandusky, and Townsend Townships. Proposals must be submitted on the proper forms, include the name of all interested parties, and be accompanied by a bid guaranty and contract bond equal to 100% of the bid or a certified/cashier's check or letter of credit for at least 10% of the bid. Evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity is required. All contractors and subcontractors must, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Executive Order 84-9 is required. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in any bid.
