Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Asphaltic Sealcoat, construct a single bituminous seal coat application over a bituminous asphalt surface to be done in accordance with section 475 and 455 of the 2025 edition of the State of Wisconsin standard specifications for highway, construction, and the following special provisions. Work shall consist of the following and all incidental items necessary to complete the work. Preparing the surface, placing tabs, heating, and applying asphaltic material, applying, and rolling the cover aggregate. The excess chips are to be swept off the road as soon as the road is ready. All roads must be swept within ten (10) calendar days after the sealcoat has been applied. It is the responsibility of the contractor to dispose of any sweeping or excess materials.
