HVAC System Inspection and Maintenance Services for various locations in New Brunswick. These include Belledune, Nepisiguit Falls, Millbank & Ste Rose Generating Stations; Coleson Cove, Lorneville & Grand Manan Generating Stations; Mactaquac, Beechwood, Tobique & Grand Falls Generating Stations; Bayside Generating Station; and Point Lepreau Generating Station in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Only electronic responses will be accepted through the procurement platform. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their submission is received by the required date and time. Submissions received after the closing date and time will be rejected. There will be no public opening and bid results will not be posted until the contract is awarded. NB Power reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with the submission instructions. All procurement activity, including solicitation documents, questions, clarifications, addendums, and amendments, will be conducted on the platform. Vendors should refer to the Vendor Instruction document for guidance on accessing and using the platform. Site meetings are non-mandatory and further details can be found in specific sections related to site conditions and locations. Documents can be obtained at: https://nbpower.bonfirehub.ca.
