Proposals are requested for the "26-08 Flooring Project". Proposals must be received by the specified deadline. All proposals must be mailed or delivered to the Director of Purchasing at the provided address. Specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at the same address. Proposals must conform to the provided specifications and will not be returned. The entity reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to purchase flooring material and demolition, preparation, and installation of new flooring in the Truman Arnold Student Center located at the Texarkana College main campus All questions must be submitted via email through the Director of Purchasing at david.nguyen@texarkanacollege.edu. Texarkana College is seeking proposals from vendors to purchase flooring material and complete flooring work in the Truman Arnold Student Center. Floor plans of building and work sites will be attached. o Demo all existing ceramic tile throughout first floor o Prep floor for LVT.
