The City of Scottsdale is seeking to contract with up to three professionally qualified Job Order Contract contractors to provide civil/site work and related services on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City of Scottsdale. Question Deadline 03/16/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Questions concerning the RFQ must be delivered in writing by email to: Mike Anaya, Project Coordinator City of Scottsdale / Transportation and Infrastructure manaya@scottsdaleaz.gov The initial term of each JOC will be for two (2) years and have a maximum contract term amount of $12,000,000 and an individual Job Order maximum amount of $4,000,000. Each JOC may be renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year terms each with a maximum contract term amount of $6,000,000 per extension. Renewal of the contract will be based on the successful performance by the JOC contractor and the needs of the City. The contract maximum may be increased at the time the option is exercised, or at another time deemed prudent by the mutual agreement of both parties, subject to the City's contract modification procedures. At the City's direction, a Price Book of common scope line items may be required and utilized. The City makes no guarantee of work under a JOC.
