Site work and paving for a civil project in Paradise, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed is for Sunset Road Phase I, with project limits from Durango Drive to Decatur Boulevard. The improvements include asphalt pavement widening to provide a minimum of two travel lanes in each direction, center left-turn lanes, signage and striping, utility adjustments and relocations, and other appurtenances as may be necessary to construct a complete and functional roadway. Qualified firms or individuals are invited to submit bids. Question Deadline 03/16/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Question Submit Online. Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System or a thumb drive (drive) can be picked up at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Purchasing And Contracts Division, 4th Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106 on MONDAY, MARCH 2, 2026. The drive will be provided at no charge. If the drive is to be mailed, there is an additional nonrefundable charge of $5.00. All checks are to be made payable to Clark County Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division.
