The Governor's Mansion is located at 1800 Kanawha Blvd. E, Charleston, WV 25305. Requested upgrades are per the attached Exhibits B-F and Drawings D1-D4. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
